1. Services Provided
IC Nursing Solutions LLC provides in-home nursing services, including post-operative care, medication management, wellness checks, and virtual nursing consultations. All services are delivered by a licensed Registered Nurse within the scope of nursing practice as defined by Florida law.

2. Service Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older. Services are available in Palm Beach County, Florida, and surrounding areas, including Boca Raton to Jupiter.

3. Medical Disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care or physician-directed treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

4. Appointments and Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee (50% of payment for service requested).

5. Payments
All services must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle and direct payment from our website. A receipt will be provided upon request.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Your information will never be shared without your consent unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, IC Nursing Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Palm Beach County.
